Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, “Verily, Allah sends one Mujaddid (Reformer) for the guidance of the Ummah in the beginning of every Hijri century Who would do necessary Tajdid (reforms) of the Dween (religion;Islam).
