The almighty Allah  Pak  Says,  ‘‘Those who store gold and silver but do not spend in the way of Allah Pak thats  means do not pay zakat, inform them for hard and painful punishment. On the date of Qeyamot their all properties will be turned into fervid fire and will be marked by it on their faces, rib and back. Then will be said, these are your properties that you stored but did not spend, that means did not pay zakat. Now take(feel) the taste of those accumulated properties.’’

Zakat is one of the most important pillar of the most respected Islamic Shariah and far’d yebadat (urgent prayer). One portion of fourty part (that means only 2.5%) of extra properties will have to pay as zakat.

The man who is niggard to spend(pay zakat) this little portion of propertis, Undoubtedly he is miser. The miser people are adversary to Allah Pak. Tangible consequences and punishment of miserliness or not to pay zakat is extremely difficult.
